The Process: How We Fix the Pieces

Every session begins with specific sound frequencies. I use sound as a "key" to unlock your energetic field and quiet the chatter of the nervous system. This creates the sacred space necessary for deep work to begin. It signals to your body that it is safe to be seen and healed.
The Reconstruction (The Energy):
Once the field is open, the core work begins. Using intuitive energy, I scan your field to identify where your energy has become stagnant, blocked, or fragmented. Like putting a puzzle back together, I guide these energetic "pieces" back into their rightful alignment.
Integration (The Wholeness):
The session concludes by sealing your field, ensuring you feel grounded, "tucked back in," and complete. You leave not just relaxed, but reconstructed.
